Vanbuel named Kaga-Bandoro Bishop

Bishop-elect Albert Vanbuel, S.D.B. was named Bishop of Kaga-Bandoro, Central African Republic. The diocese had been vacant since Bishop François-Xavier Yombandje was named Bishop of Bossangoa in April, 2004.
