Nguyên Van Tot named Nuncio to Central African Republic and to Chad

Archbishop-elect Pierre Nguyên Van Tot was named Apostolic Nuncio to Central African Republic and Chad. He had been serving as Apostolic Nuncio to Benin and Togo. He remains titular archbishop of Rusticiana.
