Bishop-elect Ralph Walker Nickless named Bishop of Sioux City, Iowa, USA. The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Daniel Nicholas DiNardo was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Galveston-Houston, Texas in January, 2004.
