Torres Campos named Ciudad Juárez Auxiliary

Bishop-elect José Guadalupe Torres Campos was named Auxiliary Bishop of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México and titular bishop of Quiza. He had been serving as a priest of the diocese of Irapuato.
