Gomes retired, Kubi named Mymensingh Bishop

Bishop Francis Anthony Gomes retired and Bishop Paul Ponen Kubi, C.S.C. was named Bishop of Mymensingh, Bangladesh. Bishop Kubi had been serving as an Auxiliary Bishop of the same diocese.
