Periyanayagam named Vellore Bishop

Bishop-elect Soundaraj Periyanayagam, S.D.B. was named Bishop of Vellore, India. The diocese has been vacant since then-Bishop Malayappan Chinnappa, S.D.B. was named Archbishop of Madras and Mylapore (Meliapor) in April, 2005.
