Archbishop Gabriel Montalvo Higuera, Apostolic Nuncio Emeritus to
United States of America, has died. He served as a bishop for 32 years and as a priest for 53 years. He retired last December after serving as Apostolic Nuncio to the USA for 7 years. May he rest in peace.
