Green named Nuncio to South Africa, Nambia, and Apostolic Delegate to Botswana

Archbishop-elect James Patrick Green was named Apostolic Nuncio to South Africa, to Nambia, and Apostolic Delegate to Botswana. He was also named titular archbishop of Altinum.
