Martin retired, McGowan Wright named Belize City-Belmopan Bishop

Bishop Osmond Peter Martin retired and Bishop Dorick McGowan Wright was named Bishop of Belize City-Belmopan, Belize. Bishop McGowan Wright had been serving as an Auxiliary Bishop of the same diocese.
