Agrelo Martínez named Tanger Archbishop

Archbishop-elect Santiago Agrelo Martínez, O.F.M. was named Archbishop of Tanger, Morocco. The archdiocese had been vacant since the resignation of Archbishop José Antonio Peteiro Freire, O.F.M. in March 2005.
