Miller named Vancouver Coadjutor

Archbishop John Michael Miller, C.S.B. was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Archbishop Miller had been serving as Secretary of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Seminaries and Institutes of Study).
