Calcagno named Patrimony of the Apostolic See Secretary

Archbishop-designate Domenico Calcagno was named Secretary of the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See and was at the same time elevated to an Archbishop. He had been serving as Bishop of Savona-Noli, Italy.
