Mkhori retired, Sainte-Marie named Lilongwe Bishop

Bishop Felix Eugenio Mkhori retired and Bishop Rémi Joseph Gustave Sainte-Marie, M. Afr. succeeded as Bishop of Lilongwe, Malawi. Bishop Sainte-Marie had been serving as Coadjutor Bishop of the same diocese.
