Bruguès named Secretary for Catholic Education

Archbishop-designate Jean-Louis Bruguès, O.P. was named Secretary of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Seminaries and Institutes of Study) and at the same time raised to the dignity of an Archbishop. He had been serving as Bishop of Angers, France.
