Balestieri resigned, Petry succeeded as Rio do Sul Bishop

Bishop José Jovêncio Balestieri, S.D.B. resigned and Bishop Augustinho Petry succeeded as Bishop of Rio do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil. Bishop Petry had been serving as Coadjutor Bishop of the same diocese.
