Alfonso Cardinal López Trujillo, President of the
Pontifical Council for the Family and Cardinal-Bishop of
Frascati, has died. He was 72 years old and had served as a priest for 47 years. He had also served as a bishop for 37 years and as a cardinal for 25 years. May he rest in peace.
