Dickmans named Miracema do Tocantins Bishop

Bishop-elect Philip Dickmans was named Bishop of Miracema do Tocantins, Tocatins, Brazil. The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop João José Burke, O.F.M. in March 2006.
