Delmas named Angers Bishop

Bishop-elect Emmanuel Delmas was named Bishop of Angers, France.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Jean-Louis Bruguès, O.P. was named Secretary of the Congregation for Catholic Education (for Seminaries and Institutes of Study)
