Ssemogerere named Kasana-Luweero Bishop

Bishop-elect Paul Ssemogerere was named Bishop of Kasana-Luweero, Uganda.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga was named Archbishop of Kampala in August 2006.
