LeVoir named New Ulm Bishop

Bishop-elect John LeVoir was named Bishop of New Ulm, Minnesota, USA.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop John Clayton Nienstedt was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis in April 2007.
