Parmeggiani named Tivoli Bishop

Bishop-elect Mauro Parmeggiani was named Bishop of Tivoli, Italy.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Giovanni Paolo Benotto was named Archbishop of Pisa in February 2008.
