Ponce de León named Ingwavuma Vicar

Bishop-elect José Luís Gerardo Ponce de León, I.M.C. was named Vicar Apostolic of Ingwavuma, South Africa and titular bishop of Maturba.

The Vicariate Apostolic had been vacant since the death of Bishop Michael Mary O'Shea, O.S.M. in May 2006.
