Quintero Chacón named Margarita Bishop

Bishop-elect Jorge Anibal Quintero Chacón was named Bishop of Margarita, Venezuela. The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Rafael Ramón Conde Alfonzo was named Bishop of Maracay in February 2008.
