Bishop Lucien Prosper Ernest Fischer, C.S.Sp. retired and Bishop-elect Pierre-Marie Gaschy, C.S.Sp. was named Vicar Apostolic of Iles Saint-Pierre et Miquelon and titular bishop of Usinaza.
