Sippo named Helsinki Bishop

Bishop-elect Teemu Sippo, S.C.I. was named Bishop of Helsinki, Finland.

The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Józef Wróbel, S.C.I. was named Auxiliary Bishop of Lublin in June 2008.
