Filippi named Kotido Bishop

Bishop-elect Giuseppe Filippi, M.C.C.I. was named Bishop of Kotido, Uganda.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Denis Kiwanuka Lote was named Archbishop of Tororo in June 2007.
