Sandri named Witbank Bishop

Bishop-elect Giuseppe Sandri, M.C.C.I. was named Bishop of Witbank, South Africa.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Paul Mandla Khumalo, C.M.M. was named Archbishop of Pretoria in November 2008.
