Chang-yik retired, Kim Woon-hoe named Ch’unch’on Bishop

Bishop John Chang-yik retired and Bishop Lucas Kim Woon-hoe (Un-hoe) was named Bishop of Ch’unch’on, Korea (South).

Bishop Kim Woon-hoe had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Seoul.
