Lipovšek named Celje Bishop

Bishop-elect Stanislav Lipovšek was named Bishop of Celje, Slovenia.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Anton Stres, C.M. was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Maribor in January 2009.
