Willigers retired, Wamika named Jinja Bishop

Bishop Joseph B. Willigers, M.H.M. retired and Bishop Charles Martin Wamika was named Bishop of Jinja, Uganda.

Bishop Wamika had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Tororo.
