Kaspar retired, Koch named Promoting Christian Unity President

Walter Cardinal Kasper retired and Archbishop-designate Kurt Koch was named President of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity.

Archbishop-designate Koch had been serving as Bishop of Basel, Switzerland.
