Hummes retired, Piacenza named Clergy Prefect

Cláudio Cardinal Hummes, O.F.M. retired and Archbishop Mauro Piacenza was named Prefect of the Congregation for the Clergy.

Archbishop Piacenza had been serving as Secretary of the same congregation.
