Magri named Sobral Bishop

Bishop-elect Odelir José Magri, M.C.C.I. was named Bishop of Sobral, Ceara, Brazil.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Fernando Antônio Saburido, O.S.B. was named Archbishop of Olinda e Recife in July 2009.
