Borwah named Gbarnga Bishop

Bishop-elect Anthony Fallah Borwah was named Bishop of Gbarnga, Liberia.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Lewis Zeigler was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Monrovia in July 2009.
