Dias retired, Filoni named Evangelization of Peoples Prefect

Ivan Cardinal Dias retired and Archbishop Fernando Filoni was named Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples.

Archbishop Filoni had been serving as Substitute (Sostituto) of the Secretariat of State.
