Mpako named Queenstown Bishop

Bishop-elect Dabula Anthony Mpako was named Bishop of Queenstown, South Africa.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Herbert Nikolaus Lenhof, S.A.C. in November 2009.
