Archbishop Juan Francisco Sarasti Jaramillo, C.I.M. resigned and Archbishop Darío de Jesús Monsalve Mejía succeeded as Archbishop of Cali, Colombia.

Archbishop Monsalve Mejía had been serving as Coadjutor Archbishop of the same archdiocese.
