Sánchez Cubillos named Tibú Bishop

Bishop-elect Omar Alberto Sánchez Cubillos, O.P. was named Bishop of Tibú, Colombia.

The diocese had been vacant since Bishop Camilo Fernando Castrellón Pizano, S.D.B. was named Bishop of Barrancabermeja in December 2009.
