Barbara named Malindi Bishop

Bishop-elect Emmanuel Barbara, O.F.M. Cap. was named Bishop of Malindi, Kenya.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Francis Baldacchino, O.F.M. Cap. in October 2009.
