Archbishop Nicolas Girasoli was named Apostolic Nuncio to Antigua and Barbuda, to Bahamas, to Dominica, to Grenada, to Guyana, to Jamaica, to Saint Kitts and Nevis, to Saint Lucia, to Suriname, and to Saint Vincent and Grenadines.
The posts had been vacant since Archbishop Thomas Edward Gullickson was named Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine in May 2011.
Archbishop Girasoli had been serving as Apostolic Nuncio to Zambia and to Malawi.
