Bishop-elect Kenneth David Oswin Richards was named Bishop of Saint John’s-Basseterre, Virgin Islands (British), Antilles.
The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Donald James Reece was named Coadjutor Archbishop of Kingston in Jamaica in October 2007.
