Bishop Luis Alfonso Santos Villeda, S.D.B. retired and Bishop Darwin Rudy Andino Ramírez, C.R.S. was named Bishop of Santa Rosa de Copán, Honduras.

Bishop Andino Ramírez had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of Tegucigalpa.
