Damphousse named Alexandria-Cornwall Bishop

Bishop-elect Marcel Damphousse was named Bishop of Alexandria-Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Paul-André Durocher was named Archbishop of Gatineau, Québec in October 2011.
