Cushley named Saint Andrews and Edinburgh Archbishop

Archbishop-elect Leo William Cushley was named Archbishop of Saint Andrews and Edinburgh, Scotland, Great Britain.

The archdiocese had been vacant since Keith Michael Patrick Cardinal O’Brien retired in February 2013.
