Kumar Kujur named Rourkela Bishop

Bishop-elect Kishore Kumar Kujur was named Bishop of Rourkela, India.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop John Barwa, S.V.D. was named Archbishop of Cuttack-Bhubaneswar in February 2011.
