Zungu named Port Elizabeth Bishop

Bishop-elect Vincent Mduduzi Zungu, O.F.M. was named Bishop of Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Michael Gower Coleman in August 2011.
