Ramírez Díaz named El Banco Bishop

Bishop-elect Luis Gabriel Ramírez Díaz was named Bishop of El Banco, Colombia.

The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Jaime Enrique Duque Correa, M.X.Y. in April 2013.
