Vanbuel retired, Kusy succeeded as Kaga-Bandoro Bishop

Bishop Albert Vanbuel, S.D.B. retired and Bishop Zbigniew Tadeusz Kusy, O.F.M. succeeded as Bishop of Kaga-Bandoro, Central African Republic.

Bishop Kusy had been serving as Coadjutor Bishop of the same diocese.
