Bishop Pablo Virgilio Siongco David was named Bishop of Kalookan, Philippines.
The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Deogracias Soriano Iñiguez, Jr. in January 2013.
Bishop Siongco David had been serving as Auxiliary Bishop of San Fernando.
