Thelegathoti named Vijayawada Bishop

Bishop-elect Joseph Raja Rao Thelegathoti, S.M.M. was named Bishop of Vijayawada, India.

The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Prakash Mallavarapu was named Archbishop of Visakhapatnam in July 2012.
